Sheridan Farmers’ Market
The Sheridan Farmers’ Market begins July 10th and operates weekly on Thursdays through September 25th; market hours are from 5-7pm and will be held in Grinnell Plaza.
A special end of season, Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 4th.
The Sheridan Farmers’ Market will be held in conjunction with the 3rd Thursday Street Festivals on July 17th, August 21st and September 18th.
Local growers and artisan’s provide fresh produce, arts and crafts. Weekly musicians provide a festive atmosphere. There are children’s events, youth activities, demonstrations and non profit organization booths at the market every week. Come visit the Farmer’s Market and enjoy downtown!

The primary goals of the Sheridan Farmers’ Market are to:
- Increase farm/ranch profitability, which will help preserve the region’s rural, agricultural character and lifestyle
- Offer a low-cost marketing opportunity for small producers, which will encourage the local entrepreneurial spirit
- Create a direct connection between producer and consumer, which will encourage the mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and ideas
- Foster social gathering and interaction among residents, which will enhance the quality of life in Sheridan and complement Main street businesses
