Small Business Saturday

November 26th, 2019|

Join DSA and other local businesses to celebrate the 10th annual Small Business Saturday, founded by American Express. Small Business Saturday is meant to celebrate and support the small businesses that make our community so unique and special. Saturday will also kick of “Get Caught Shopping” sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. Make sure to wear your Christmas Stroll Button while shopping around town. Business hours vary based on each business. Get all your holiday shopping done with us in Downtown Sheridan. While you’re out and about, you might even find something to pick up for yourself! During City Council, Mayor Roger Miller proclaimed November 30, 2019, as Small Business Saturday! Thank you Mayor Miller for your continued support of downtown Sheridan! #downtownsheridan #thatsWY #WYMainStreet #ShopLocal #ShopSmall #SmallBizSat #GetCaughtShopping

Curb’d Competition

October 3rd, 2019|

This past summer, our Economic Vitality Committee launched our Parklet. The parklet was found at various businesses in the downtown area. Each business chose how the parklet was used: outdoor patio, office hours, jewelry class, beer garden, etc. Now we want your help to design and construct a new parklet. You have until November 15th, to submit a design proposal for a new parklet to be launched in Spring of 2020. For more information and to view the application, click here.
