The WYO Theater and Civic Theatre Guild are excited to announce the return of the WYO/CTG Co-Production with First Date. This hilarious musical comedy will be presented in the Mars Theater at the WYO Performing Arts & Education Center April 8-10 and 14-17, 2022. Our favorite story reader Ms. Chelsie will be sharing fun spring time stories with the littles Saturday at 10:30am at Sheridan Stationery Books and Gifts! They are sure to love her engaging enthusiasm and fun book selection focused around springtime and Easter. They’ll even get to have fun with a crafty activity and a goodie bag to take home. Join the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation for the Sheridan Big Game Banquet at the Golden Dome on Sheridan College Campus Saturday at 5pm Saturday. They will have live and silent auctions, games and raffles, and some great gear! It is always the place to be and a great evening giving back to conservation! Landon's Saturday Farmers Market is back outside! Stop by Landon's Greenhouse Saturday between 9am - noon to shop your favorite vendors!

National Mom and Pop Business Owners Day

March 30th, 2022|

Did you know that March 29th is National Mom and Pop Business Owners Day? With more than 32 million small businesses in this country, our economy couldn’t run without them! A big THANK YOU to all of the Sheridan Business Owners for everything you do for our community! Here are 3 reasons why we love Mom and Pop Businesses: They make shopping personal: Finding that particular shop where they know you and understand what you need can make any day just a little brighter. Mom and pop businesses take a special interest in making sure their customers have a unique and enjoyable experience. They care about their customers in a way few large retail chains can by providing superior and personal customer service. They support the community: Small businesses have a real impact on their community by providing neighborhood jobs and recycling the money they earn back into the local economy. So, by spending your dollars at a mom and pop establishment, you can make a real difference. They provide a unique experience: Mom and Pop shops bring fresh ideas to the marketplace. In today’s economy, when you can find the same products in every Big Box in every city, it’s refreshing to find something new which everyone else hasn’t discovered yet.
