SPOTLIGHT | ERA CARROLL REALTY CO.

June 27th, 2023|

The ERA Carroll Realty Co., Inc office feels welcoming and you’re immediately greeted with artwork on the walls, curated by SAGE Community Arts, while making your way to the front desk. Tom Belus, Broker/co-owner, shows a lot of pride in ownership of ERA Carroll Realty. Upon chatting for a few minutes, he invited his business partner Janelle Crivello, Associate Broker/co-owner, to join the conversation. When asked why clients should come to ERA Carroll Realty, Tom said that they have been in business in Sheridan since 1913 and they’re kind of a “One-Stop-Shop”. He continued with, “Whether it’s residential, commercial, ranch, land or rental, we are versatile and can help you with anything.” Tom added that ERA is all about friends, family and community. When people come to ERA as clients, they leave as family. Tom and Janelle were asked to share a fun fact about them and their office mates. Tom responded, “The people here enjoy food!” Janelle followed up with, “If there was a stack of $100 bills stacked next to a plate of cookies, I guarantee the cookies would be gone faster than the money every time.”

SPOTLIGHT | CARROLL’S FURNITURE

June 22nd, 2023|

Carrolls-Furniture has been in business for 104 years in Sheridan. When store owners, Chuck and Annie Magera, were asked why people come to them to shop for furniture and home goods, they both agreed that working with them is a personal experience. They said that the values they carry are the same they exhibit in their home, store and community. "A customer gets the whole package when they shop here." Annie said. The downtown construction has been a good time for the Mageras to focus on bringing in fresh stock. The family feels strongly about embracing the change and would like to encourage patrons to take advantage of their back parking lot and use the back alley entrance to shop with them. Annie wanted to highlight that they are “the region’s leading expert in Beauty Rest, and Carroll’s will match a competitor's quote dollar for dollar!” Chuck mentioned that they are running sales all summer and even special order items are 15% off in most cases. Stop in and see what Carroll’s Furniture has to offer, peruse their selection of Beauty Rest and take a look at the selection of Scott Living furniture (the gray sectional pictured above).
