The ERA Carroll Realty Co., Inc office feels welcoming and you’re immediately greeted with artwork on the walls, curated by SAGE Community Arts, while making your way to the front desk.

Tom Belus, Broker/co-owner, shows a lot of pride in ownership of ERA Carroll Realty. Upon chatting for a few minutes, he invited his business partner Janelle Crivello, Associate Broker/co-owner, to join the conversation.

When asked why clients should come to ERA Carroll Realty, Tom said that they have been in business in Sheridan since 1913 and they’re kind of a “One-Stop-Shop”. He continued with, “Whether it’s residential, commercial, ranch, land or rental, we are versatile and can help you with anything.” Tom added that ERA is all about friends, family and community. When people come to ERA as clients, they leave as family.

Tom and Janelle were asked to share a fun fact about them and their office mates. Tom responded, “The people here enjoy food!” Janelle followed up with, “If there was a stack of $100 bills stacked next to a plate of cookies, I guarantee the cookies would be gone faster than the money every time.”
