May is Historic Preservation Month and in honor of that DSA will be featuring a weekly Historic Preservation Spotlight throughout the month.
Do you remember when the Poll Motor Company was on the corner of Broadway and Alger St in downtown Sheridan? In the Summer of 2010, Black Tooth Brewing – Sheridan converted the building into what is now one of the largest breweries in Wyoming.
DSA awarded Black Tooth Brewing the 2022 Downtown Design Award for restoring and maintaining much of the industrial character from the original structure built in 1946, including the auto service garage doors, the original brick returned from decades hiding behind paint, and revealing the wood ceiling.
As of today, Black Tooth Brewing – Sheridan has expanded and now includes a canning line for packaging, putting Black Tooth even more on the map as the distribution of their products includes Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota and Montana.
