The minute you walk into Ellie Martin’s downtown loft you might start to imagine your life above Main Street. Ellie has done an outstanding job transforming what was previously a vacant office space into an open floor plan rental while preserving some of the historical features.
When widening the back doors for large sliding doors and windows, Ellie protected the original bricks and repurposed them for the fireplace in the living room. Ellie also beautifully maintained the original powder room.
Not only has Ellie preserved some of the historical features of this building, but she has intentionally supported local businesses for this project. Many of the household items and décor come from businesses on Main Street!
